• We are assisting a reputable pharmaceutical company based in Makati in their search for a Tax-focused Audit Officer.
• This role is critical in ensuring accurate tax reporting, identifying risks, and strengthening the organization’s compliance with tax laws and internal policies.

The Audit Officer – Tax will be responsible for:

• Conducting tax-related audits to ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations
• Reviewing and validating financial records and tax filings for accuracy
• Preparing comprehensive audit reports and documentation
• Identifying potential tax risks or exposures and recommending process improvements
• Collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams for audit support and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of audit materials for external auditors and regulatory bodies
• This role will help safeguard the organization against tax liabilities while ensuring continuous improvement of internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a Professional License – CPA and/or Lawyer preferred
• In-depth knowledge of local and international tax regulations
• Experience in conducting or supporting tax audits
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
