The Marketing Inventory Custodian reports directly to the Marketing Manager and organizes and manages marketing inventory for efficiency and accessibility, collaborates with the marketing team for material distribution, conducts inventory audits, tracks shipments, manages returns, and supports the department with related tasks.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, receiving, and dispatching marketing materials, merchandise, or promotional items.
• Ability to accurately track, label, and organize marketing assets and supplies, ensuring proper documentation and timely replenishment.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets), and email communication to support reporting and coordination.
• Capable of lifting and moving materials, setting up for events, and maintaining a clean and efficient storage area.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with marketing, procurement, and logistics teams to fulfill asset requests and event requirements.
