الوصف

  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Prepares and completes orders for delivery or pick up according to schedule.
  • Monitors and checks the quality and quantity of all incoming and outgoing supplies or items/products in the warehouse.
  • Maintains and keeps an updated and accurate record of all incoming and outgoing stocks, and ensures that they are properly reported to the Regional Manager.
  • Performs inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  • Reports stocks that are in critical level.
  • Conducts regular actual physical count of stocks and report any discrepancies noted on delivered or dispatched items.
  • Updates physical inventory and prepares Daily Issuance and Inventory Report.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

المتطلبات

  • Must be a College graduate of Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or any related course.
  • At least 2 years work experience as Warehouse man.
  • Has good communication, time management, analytical & mathematical skills.
  • With knowledge in Inventory Control and Documentation.
  • Organized and can work with minimum supervision.
  • Honest, trustworthy and self-motivator.
  • Responsible and work well under pressure
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Cebu.
  • 1 full time position available. Direct hire.
