  • Oversee daily school operations, including staff management, student discipline, and curriculum delivery.
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Engage with parents, community members, and educational authorities to promote the school's vision and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate school performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Manage school budgets and resources effectively to support educational goals.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students and staff.
  • Stay informed about educational trends and best practices, integrating innovative teaching methods into the curriculum.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of educational standards, curriculum development, and instructional best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
  • Experience in developing and implementing school policies and procedures.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
