POSITION SUMMARY This role will focus on coaching and providing guidance to the associates and senior associates, including conducting quality reviews. As a Tax Manager, you will lead the discussions to assign work to be processed by the associates and senior associates based on capacity and capabilities.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills/With experience on people management • Leading scheduling discussions to assign work to be processed by the associates and senior associates based on capacity and capabilities.
• Evaluating forecasts against capacity to support scheduling and workload balance efforts.
• Monitor the variance between forecasted versus actual hours to assess forecasts accuracy and identify additional tasks the team can undertake;
• Providing technical coaching and guidance to the associates and senior associates, including conducting quality reviews. • Meeting or exceeding workload balance and utilization targets for the team.
• Monitor time spent on assigned tasks, managing deadlines and client expectations;
• Demonstrates expertise of and/or a proven record of success with serving in a role that utilizes Tax compliance processes and current federal and state regulatory developments that affect the public accounting industry

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy and any Accounting-related courses
• Must be a CPA
• Minimum 5 years’relevant work experience in assurance, tax, accounting and/or analysis work
• Should be comfortable working and communicating with team members at all levels including senior management
• Ability to coach subordinates in the development of their career and skills
