  • Identify potential candidates using job portals, social media, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assessments if any
  • Maintain a pool of qualified applicants for ongoing and future job orders
  • Follow up on candidate status
  • Attend job fairs, school visits, and other sourcing events

المتطلبات

  • AGE - 28-40 years old.
  • Strong personality
  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Marketing Management, or Computer Science related course
  • With or without HR experience (experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Canva etc.)
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet targets
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
