  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
  • Screen and interview applicants to assess qualifications
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Manage candidate experience and maintain applicant tracking system
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with some remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player with a passion for talent development.
  • Willing to be assigned in Biñan City Laguna
