الوصف

  • Oversee daily operations of Rapide Marikina branch
  • Supervise and support auto mechanics and service advisors
  • Ensure quality control and proper diagnosis of vehicle concerns
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and store supplies
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Monitor sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to head office

المتطلبات

  • With experience in automotive services/auto mechanic knowledge
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive or service-oriented business
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and service abilities
  • Willing to work on-site at Rapide Marikina branch
