About the Role

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project & Account Manager to handle all communications with our Digital Marketing vendors and clients from a remote position. This person will be responsible for managing both Digital Marketing deliverables and internal projects, as well as serving as a primary point of contact for clients to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Digital Marketing vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email and meetings
• Manage and respond to customer inbox inquiries professionally and promptly
• Attend and lead client meetings, taking notes and assigning action items
• Edit content for spelling and grammatical accuracy
• Organize and manage content calendars for a range of clients
• QA social media content and graphics for quality and brand alignment
• Document and improve outsourcing processes
• Research content topics and SEO keywords as needed
• Create client-facing reports and internal presentations
• Regularly update Jira with task progress and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Experience managing client communication and relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Google Drive products, particularly Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools, including: Google Analytics, SEMrush
• Detail-oriented with excellent spelling and grammar
• Able to work in the United States EST time zone
• Customer service experience a strong plus
• Fluent in English
