الوصف

  • Manage daily operations for the Shopee platform including listings and inventory.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve seller and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues efficiently.
  • Support in developing training materials for new operations staff.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in operations or retail.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, retail sales experience, knowledge of digital marketing, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with daily operations, manage product listings, analyze sales data, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, potential for weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, and ability to adapt in a dynamic setting.
