الوصف

  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and temporary platforms in accordance with safety standards and project requirements
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and site instructions to determine scaffolding layout
  • Install guardrails, toe boards, ladders, and access points
  • Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance
  • Work closely with other trades and contractors to meet project deadlines
  • Maintain scaffolding tools and equipment, ensuring they are used and stored properly
  • Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE and adhering to fall protection protocols
  • Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
  • Keep the work area clean and organized

المتطلبات

  • BOUND FOR DUBAI
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Certification or training in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or local equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a scaffolder in construction or industrial projects
