Refletech Engineering Enterprise is currently hiring experienced and qualified Scaffolders with a valid Scaffolding NC II certification to join our team. The Scaffolder will be responsible for erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems to support construction and maintenance work, ensuring all structures are safe, secure, and compliant with industry standards.

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures following safety regulations and project specifications
• Select appropriate scaffolding materials based on job requirements
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure safety and usability
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Secure scaffolding structures to buildings or structures using approved methods
• Ensure all scaffolds are leveled and stable before use
• Coordinate with site supervisors and safety officers to ensure proper placement and safety compliance
• Report any hazards or defects in scaffolding equipment or work areas
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of scaffolding materials on site

• Must have a valid Scaffolding NC II certificate (TESDA-accredited)
• Proven experience in scaffolding installation and dismantling
• Familiarity with scaffolding safety regulations and standards (DOLE, OSH)
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to project schedules
