الوصف

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with clients and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfilment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies accordingly.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the vape or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the vape industry is a plus.
