الوصف

  • A Sales Coordinator would provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, handling tasks like order processing and database management.
  • May also be involved in sales analysis, reporting, and coordination with other departments.
  • Maintains and updates sales records in databases
  • Prepares documents needed for sales reports and analysis of sales data.
  • Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and warehouse to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Provides general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Tracks inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Assists in onboarding of new sales team members and trains them on internal tools and processes

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • With 1-2 year of experience in retail environment preferably in apparel or footwear
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of team
  • Has the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills
  • Has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly
