Job Summary:


  • The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales and marketing strategies of Acreditar Lending Corp., ensuring alignment with the company's goals. This position involves overseeing the development and execution of initiatives to drive revenue growth, strengthen brand presence, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development:

  • Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop marketing materials and content that align with the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Manage the company’s online and offline presence, including digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing team members to foster professional growth.
  • Establish clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
  • Promote a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Strategic Planning and Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to set annual sales and marketing budgets and objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Adapt strategies based on data-driven insights and changing market conditions.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant sales and marketing experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills; proficiency in digital marketing tools.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop marketing strategies, conduct market research, and manage sales campaigns.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with some travel required for client meetings and events.
  • Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated, team player, and adaptable to changing environments.
