Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets by building and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Understand customer needs and tailor products and services offered by RaCE Ventures, Inc.
Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure satisfactory delivery of products.
Collaborate with the internal teams to optimize customer experience and drive business expansion.
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the company's strategic planning.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience Level: Open to Fresh Graduates/Students willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent negotiation, relationship building, competitor analysis, communication skills, and customer relationship management. Strong teamwork, analytical skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills are a must.
Responsibilities and Duties: Generate sales, manage client accounts, analyze market trends, develop strategies to meet sales targets, provide customer service, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced sales environment, which may require extended working hours and meeting with clients off-site.
Qualities and Traits: Energetic, motivated, adaptable with a growth mindset, and a passion for sales. Professional attitude with the ability to function independently and in a team.
