الوصف

  • Develop and enforce health and safety policies in compliance with government regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and address workplace hazards.
  • Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Facilitate health and safety training programs for employees and management.
  • Ensure proper documentation of safety measures, compliance audits, and incident reports.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of DOLE and OSH standards applicable to construction projects.
  • Promote a culture of safety through regular communication and engagement with staff.
  • Act as a liaison with government agencies during inspections or compliance activities.

المتطلبات

  • Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) as per DOLE standards.
  • Proven experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of DOLE and OSH regulations.
  • Completion of required DOLE training programs (e.g., BOSH, COSH, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Process-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
