Job Title: Back of the House Supervisor
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Restaurant Management, strong Interpersonal Skills, effective Inventory Management, and a solid Team Player.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, maintain inventory levels, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.
