الوصف

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement health and safety regulations to maintain standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and special events coordination.
  • Can be assigned within NCR.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain quality standards.

المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong operations management abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced restaurant environment, may require evening and weekend shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership skills, adaptability, and a commitment to high service standards.
