Our Company is seeking a skilled and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the launch and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role will also be responsible for ensuring food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Strategic Planning: Implement company mission, goals, and procedures; coordinate with other departments for store activities.
• Profitable Growth: Analyze P&L reports, manage budgets, and develop action plans for profitability.
• Sales Building: Implement marketing programs, prepare sales projections, and monitor sales targets.
• Cost Management: Ensure efficient inventory management, control labor costs, and oversee store facilities and security.
• People Development: Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and implement training programs.

• 2 to 5 years of related experience or training in restaurant management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment and achieving business goals.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and drive sales growth.
• Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team to achieve high standards of performance.
• Experience with Chinese restaurant operations is a plus.
