  • Oversee and manage renovation projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 5-10 years of experience in renovation or construction project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with regular site visits; may require overtime during peak periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, adaptable, and effective communicator with strong negotiation skills.
