المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, excellent communication abilities, familiarity with process management.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, may involve some remote work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with a passion for talent acquisition.
