  • Source and attract candidates through various channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Manage the recruitment process and maintain candidate database
  • Stay updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies
  • Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation programs

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting and talent management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in talent acquisition, excellent communication, and people management skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
