  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the hiring process and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain updated records of applicants and hiring outcomes.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Recruiting, HRIS, Talent Management; strong Presentation, Coaching, and Written Communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
