الوصف

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and HR leadership to understand manpower needs for ongoing and upcoming construction projects
Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, social media)
Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates for technical and non-technical positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers
Verify employment references, certifications, licenses, and background checks when required

المتطلبات

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
Knowledge of hiring skilled tradespeople and licensed professionals (e.g., civil engineers, foremen, electricians, etc.)
Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations related to the construction sector
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and meet deadlines
