الوصف

  • Identify potential clients and maintain a strong pipeline through lead generation and referrals
  • Conduct property tours and virtual showings
  • Assist clients throughout the buying or selling process, including negotiation and preparation of necessary documentation.​
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow-up with leads and past clients
  • Coordinate with developers, property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings
  • Maintain and submit monthly and annually reports detailing sales activities and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed sales target or quota.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field.
  • With at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
  • With knowledge of accreditation to developers, selling of preselling condominiums, Ready for Occupancy Units and Preowned Properties.
  • Must be willing to get accredited in PRC as Real Estate Salesperson
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong and Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
