الوصف

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection checklists for site activities
  • Conduct materials and workmanship inspections in accordance with project specifications
  • Review and verify construction drawings, method statements, and test results
  • Coordinate with third-party laboratories, suppliers, and consultants for required testing
  • Prepare non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with project QA/QC plans and contract requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation of QA/QC records and testing reports
  • Assist in project handover requirements including as-built plans, material certifications, and test reports
  • Conduct site coordination and joint inspections with client representatives
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across construction processes

المتطلبات

  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
  • With at least 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in vertical and/or horizontal construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of construction materials testing, inspection methods, and project documentation
  • Familiar with local construction codes (e.g., NSCP, DPWH Blue Book), ISO 9001, and DPWH/QMS requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other documentation software
  • With relevant trainings/seminars in QA/QC, ISO, or construction quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills
  • Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed
