• Lead and manage the production team to ensure efficient workflows.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance skill sets.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize production schedules.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any 5 years engineering courses
• Proven experience as supervisory or managerial position in a releted field
• Has at least 3 years of work experience related manufacturing industry (Plastic Bags & Rolls)
