Job Title: IT Support Technician

Reports To: IT Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for POS systems and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth operation of all POS and CCTV equipment.
• Respond promptly to service requests and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
• Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, solutions, and equipment inventory.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide training and support to restaurant staff on the proper use of POS and CCTV systems.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and company policies.

• An associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with SQL Server Database
• Familiarity with networking principles and IP configurations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Preferably has his own motorcycle.
