NSTP Coordinator is responsible in planning and implementation on the approved NSTP programs of the institution in coordination with the various concerned departments. Preparation of the periodic and consolidated reports of the NSTP programs and activities for both the upper management and the corresponding government units. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and exercises academic administrative supervision in the implementation of the NSTP programs and activities of the institution; 
  • Will specify the prerequisites for each subject (if any); 
  • Monitors and evaluates all NSTP activities; 
  • Conducts/Facilitates training to all faculty members handling NSTP subjects; e. Coordinates with other departments to ensure that NSTP activities and institutional activities are synchronized for efficiency purposes; 
  • Ensures effective communication between the institution and the adopted community; 
  • Prepares periodic reports for CHED and other coordinating government agencies regarding program implementation; 
  • Prepares budget for NSTP programs and activities which includes the resources facilities required for the effective implementation of the program and submits his/her recommendations to the General Education program Head and Academic Affairs Head.

المتطلبات

  • A candidate must obtain a complete Master’s Degree in Educational Management/Social Science or its equivalent
  • A candidate must possess Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam); 
  • A record of leadership experience within the profession or the university;
  • Evidence of successful teaching in higher education; 
  • Excellent communication and human relation skills; 
  • Preferred experience in administration of programs in higher education to include strategic planning, budgeting, operations, and collaboration with the College Academics Department. 

Skills: 

  • Must have knowledge of programs within department in terms of requirements, policy, procedure, operation, and management 
  • Knowledge in requirements generally and specifically those that apply to the Accreditations 
  • Must have great judgement 
  • Great communicator and Interpersonal skills 
  • Should have documented performance in the areas of teaching, scholarship, and service.
