  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and manage staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Manage inventory and optimize drug procurement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and patient counseling.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes.
  • Monitor budget and financial performance.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or retail environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, excellent retail sales skills, and effective planning abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with potential evening and weekend hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
