الوصف

Handle end-to-end US payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Record and reconcile payroll transactions in Yardi accounting system.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee compensation data.
Assist in preparing payroll-related journal entries and financial reports.
Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
Ensure timely tax filings and resolve payroll discrepancies.

المتطلبات

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in US payroll, with hands-on expertise in Yardi Voyager
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and suggest process improvements
