الوصف

  • Checking and monitoring equipment/product logistics for projects and brands under the department.
  • Plots weekly and daily activities of the technical team
  • Responsible for project allocation monitoring
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all sales and/or technical-related activities are aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Monitors Technical Support Staffs’ itineraries 
  • Prepares and monitors requisition of equipment/devices
  • Serve as a back-end support to sales 
  • Submits reports on sales pipeline, orders and projects updates, ensuring that all opportunities are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls, preparing demonstration requirements and other administrative support to the team.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

المتطلبات

  • Must have at least bachelor's degree of any related course
  • With at least 1 year of Customer Care experience and with experience supporting for Calls, Emails and Chats
  • Good call handling, good email handling, good documentation skills, with good business communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Makati City
  • Can start as soon as possible
  • with experience in Kitchen Equipment and supplies is an advantage
