المتطلبات

  • College graduate of an IT course or any related course
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, a customer service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
