Join our EDGE Plus Team and help young learners strengthen their English Language Arts and Math skills in engaging, structured lessons. You’ll teach students from the US in one-on-one or small group settings, building both their academic confidence and classroom performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver fun, interactive lessons in ELA and/or Math aligned with US curriculum standards

- Engage students through differentiated instruction in both 1-on-1 and group formats

- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment for diverse learners

- Updated CV

- Lesson demo video (ELA or Math focus)

- C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

- Strong understanding of ELA or Math concepts for grades 4–8

- Teaching background or tutoring experience preferred

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (STEM background is a strong plus)

- 1 year ESL teaching experience (online)

- TEFL certification or willingness to obtain one

- Strong communication, critical thinking, and digital teaching skills

Required Teaching Setup:

- Laptop/Desktop: Intel i5 10th Gen or higher, 8GB+ RAM, CPU score ≥ 3500

- Peripherals: 1080P webcam, noise-canceling headset

- Internet: Wired 25 Mbps + 15 Mbps backup (no mobile hotspots)

- Power Backup: Minimum of 8 hours

Note: While prior teaching experience is a plus, applicants with excellent English proficiency and clear instructional skills will be considered.
