الوصف

  • Manage company's social media community daily. Develop and execute strategies to enhance user engagement and community impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, especially with key contributors.
  • Regularly organize online/offline events to prompt members to create quality content and boost engagement.
  • Collect user feedback and analyze data regularly, to provide optimization suggestions for brand development.
  • Handle other Marketing admin tasks as required.

المتطلبات

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media, community, or app operations.
  • Experience in online/offline events, user content, e-commerce/app conversion, and KOL work. is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to independently plan and execute activities.
  • Strong insight into user behavior and data analysis.
  • Keen awareness of current trends and youth culture, with the ability to leverage popular trends creatively.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus!
