الوصف

  • Create and manage lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content marketing, and SEO).
  • Test different strategies to increase conversions (e.g. landing pages, cold emails, A/B testing).
  • Work closely with the sales team to make sure messaging is on point and leads are high-quality.
  • Write compelling content like case studies, blog posts, and social media posts to position the company as a leader in the space.
  • Launch and manage paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) while minimizing spend waste.
  • Set up the first versions of our marketing tools (analytics, CRM, automation).

المتطلبات

  • Have 3–5 years of marketing experience in startups, B2B, SaaS, or outsourcing companies.
  • Are a strong writer who understands what makes people take action.
  • Can work independently and figure things out quickly with limited resources.
  • Know how to explain the value and ROI of a service—especially in BPO or remote staffing.
  • Bonus points if you’ve done growth marketing for SaaS or outsourcing firms before.
