المتطلبات
- Job Title: Maritime Instructor
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Maritime Studies or relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in maritime training or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Public speaking, coaching, written communication, excellent communication, people management, and leadership development.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct training sessions, develop course materials, assess student performance, and ensure safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Primarily in classrooms or onboard training vessels, may require travel.
