Descrição:

  • 100% call center and phone-based environment
  • Handling in/outbound customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service via phone
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed.


Requisito

  • PHRN/RPH with active license
  • Open to newly registered Pharma and PHRN
  • Open to those with no bedside experience
  • Pharmacovigilance Voice project
  • Night Shift, Weekends off. But candidate should be amenable w/ scheduled weekend shift if needed
  • Onsite deployment for 6 months then will shift to hybrid (3x a week onsite)
