  • Assist in the preparation of cold dishes, salads, and appetizers.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and food safety practices are followed.
  • Maintain inventory of cold prep supplies and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience Level: Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of food safety regulations, knife skills, and effective time management.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cold food items, maintain cleanliness, and assist kitchen staff as needed.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for long hours standing.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.
