Represent Ecoshift Corporation LED Lighting Philippines in advancing our reach in the market.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media in the Wholesale/Distributor sector.
Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and meet sales targets.
Gather feedback from customers to inform about product improvements.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, strong Communication skills, experience with Salesforce CRM, adept in Customer Relationship Management, knowledgeable in Sales/Leasing strategies, supportive Sales Support tactics, and engaging Sales Training practices. Excellent Presentation abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Generate leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, negotiate and close sales deals, meet or exceed sales targets, provide after-sales support, and collect customer feedback.
Working Conditions: Office-based role with fieldwork as required. Expectation to travel for client meetings and presentations.
Qualities and Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasive, self-motivated, results-driven, with a strong customer focus and the ability to adapt to various sales scenarios.
