الوصف

Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshoot network problems and perform system diagnostics.
Assist users with application-related queries and installations.
Maintain equipment and ensure software updates are applied.
Oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure—including hardware, network, software, and user support—while also coordinating logistics operations such as procurement, and inventory.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of IT technical support experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in network & system maintenance, hardware & system troubleshooting, IT infrastructure, system monitoring, problem-solving, and background in logistics, .
Working Conditions: Office environment with potential on-site client visits.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and teamwork abilities.
Can drive a motorcycle and/or 4-wheel vehicle.
Strong work ethic and team player.
Willing to start ASAP!
