Provides organizations with information technology support to optimize operational efficiency that include resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems.

Asset Management:

• Track and manage IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and warranties.
• Assist in the procurement of new IT equipment and software
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Liaise with IT-related office equipment suppliers for hardware, software, and systemneeds.
• Replace and order parts as required to ensure seamless operation of IT infrastructure.

Infrastructure Management:

• Set up and maintain servers, and networks
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to ensure high availability.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls,

System Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and infrastructure
• Maintain and repair computer hardware, systems, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Establish, configure, upgrade and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary

Client Support:

• Provide technical support in resolving software and hardware issues.
• Offer guidance and recommendations on IT-related decisions
• Assist with the onboarding process, including laptop preparation, setting up email accounts,
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum one year of hands-on experience in IT support or related roles.
• knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), and networking protocols
• Familiarity with common office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Hands-on virtualization experience on VMware
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Proficiency in Windows OS; familiarity with macOS and Linux is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for clear and effective troubleshooting.
