The position is responsible in analyzing potential manufacturing improvement and minimizing cost.

1. Develops and creates reports, checklist, new systems guidelines and operating procedures to have a systematic process flow for each department and Plants.

2. Work with Department Heads and ensure that products meet quality standards, reduce production problems and minimize costs.

         a. Monitors and evaluates to achieve optimal results on efficiency and other key metrics (KPI).

3. Studies and analyze on how to improve poor performing processes, and studies pertaining to cost control and cost reduction.

4. Monitors project schedules and scope changes to meet the management requirements.

5. Monitoring of departmental performance, timeline and commitments related to strategic and tactical plans.

6. Maintains and analyze report for QC and MC Plants.(MRP Updating, DR Tagging and Approval)

7. Preparation (generation, review and analysis) of monthly performance reports and monitoring weekly performance to ensure good operations performance.

8. Recommends corrective actions or solutions on problems encountered to eliminate idle and delays.

9. Coordinates analysis and recommendations to other department and Plant to provide a smooth and efficient operation.

10. Program Implementation

         a. 6S Program Implementation

              1. Creates checklist, guidelines, and manuals for program implementation.

              2. Conducts audit cycle to measure the program development.

         b. Process Review

              1. Analyze critical processes and review with department heads to implement improvements.

11. Train and assists juniors or new IE’s related to manufacturing process and improvement programs.                                             

- Bachelor's Degree preferably Industrial Engineering

- Industrial Engineering experience in manufacturing company

- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience

- Time and Motion knowledge, Analytical Thinking, Detail-Oriented, Knowledge in IE tools and techniques
