الوصف

Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
Orienting new employees to the organization.
Preparing new employee files, maintaining current HR files and databases.
Maintaining current HR files and databases.
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc).

المتطلبات

Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology or any 4-year related course.
With at least 1-year of HR-related work experience.
Has basic knowledge of labor law.
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve programs promptly.
