Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for direct hires and outsourced employees
Coordinate with third-party agencies regarding deployment, contract status, timekeeping, and employee concerns
Assist in compliance tasks such as pre-employment requirements, contract monitoring, and government-mandated benefits for direct-hires
Maintain and update employee records and 201 files for both regular and agency-deployed staff
Monitor daily attendance and incident reports; assist in processing clearances and certificates
Support HR-led programs and engagement activities across all employee groups
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR team as needed

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Less than 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship or OJT in an HR setting is an advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in recruiting.
Based in an office environment with standard working hours; may require occasional overtime and weekend duty.
A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
