الوصف

Manage recruitment processes, facilitate onboarding, and support training and development initiatives for Driven Manpower Corporation.
Maintain HR records, compile reports and assist with payroll administration.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, and act as an employee relations point of contact.
Contribute to key HR projects, helping us lead the way in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry.

المتطلبات

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a human resources environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage the recruitment process, assist in payroll processing, resolve employee issues, and implement HR strategies.
Working Conditions: Office setting with standard working hours, occasional overtime during peak recruitment periods.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a strong ethical mindset.
