الوصف

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Administer payroll updates, leave management, and employee benefits
  • Provide HR support in employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR standards
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an HR role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
