الوصف

  • Assist in posting job advertisements.screening resumes,scheduling interviews and supporting the recruitment process
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files and electronic records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage employee onboarding!
  • regularization,and offboarding processes and prepare the necessary forms and documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave,and tardiness,and prepare attendance report for payroll processing..
  • Assist in the administration and updating of government-mandated benefits(SSS,PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Support some admin mission
  • Handle daily employee inquiries and ensure proper communication and enforcement of company policies.
  • Assist supervisors with other HR-related tasks as assigned.

المتطلبات

  • College degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative work is preferred;
  • Worked for Chinese company will be better
