المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, exceptional customer service, strong customer relationship management, excellent interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee hotel operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, handle customer complaints, and maintain quality service standards.
  • Working Conditions: Requires flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
